Timing Contractions - When To Go To Birth Center or Hospital

How many times have you heard a birth story that included “We went in too soon!” or “The hospital sent us home!” or “They made me walk around the block…..for hours.” As doulas and childbirth educators, Mary Esther Malloy and I prepare our clients to avoid the dreaded “Go home, its too early” response from the hospital or birthing center. Our 8-week Mindful Birth class prepares you to stay home as long as possible and to know when labor is active.
